Shipping Policy

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days.

  • Delivery Times: Shipping times vary depending on the customer's location and can take between 5 to 15 business days.

  • Delivery Responsibility: We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as customs, weather, or other logistical factors.

  • Incorrect Shipping Information: Please ensure that you provide a correct and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for products shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Return & Refund Policy

All sales are final. No returns or refunds are accepted, except in the following cases:

  • Defective or Damaged Products: If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at owner@qanivo.com within 7 days of delivery. You must provide:

    • Order number.

    • Clear photos of the damage or defect.

    • Detailed description of the issue.

  • Evaluation and Resolution: We will evaluate the issue and, if appropriate, send a replacement. No refunds will be issued.
